1. Harvest<\/h3>

The olives are gathered at their optimal ripeness, handling the fruit with care and avoiding bruising in order to preserve aromas, freshness, and natural properties.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Milling<\/h3>

The olives are milled within a few hours of harvesting. A homogeneous paste is obtained that concentrates the pulp, skin, and stone \u2014 the foundation of the future oil.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Cold Extraction<\/h3>

The paste is gently kneaded and cold-centrifuged. This separates the oil without heat, keeping flavour, aroma, and nutritional value fully intact.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Bottling<\/h3>
